Endorphins Are Real!

Work has been insanity this week. Stressful and frustrating. Add to that some big life changes and setbacks (nothing huge, just in the middle of trying to buy a house and hitting some snags), and you have an unhappy Kristy. 

I overslept this morning, didn’t have time for the gym. Had a really busy day at work, add to that dealing with mortgage documents and stress — I was ready for a run!

No matter how upset you are, always choose to fit that workout in. It helps!
